We ship the best way possible. We use USPS, FedEx and common carrier (truck). Please include a street address for all deliveries. Overnight and 2nd day shipping available on some items.  Your credit card will not be charged until you approve all charges. Collision Parts, Oversized and some high value items may require additional shipping charges. Shipping will be quoted on these items prior to order fulfillment.


Any damage or loss claims must be made with the carrier.  You can contact FedEx at 1-800-GOFEDEX.


By default, all orders MUST be shipped to a customer's Billing Address.

A matching Billing Address is required to clear all Credit Card purchases.

All orders paid with a credit card must pass the automatic Address Verification System (AVS) shipping/billing address verification when your payment is processed. You may be asked for additional information and/or your order may be placed on hold for any inconsistency or misinformation.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that deviates from the rules stated above.


 We cannot assure order accuracy without a VIN (vehicle identificaton number).  It is highly recommended that when prompted to enter it, you do so.


 While we strive to keep our pricing accurate, we cannot always guarantee the availability of any items at the price listed. We will notify of any part number supercessions or price changes prior to processing your order. Due to the nature of our business, our pricing follows the pricing fluctuations of Volkswagen of America and Audi of America. Some items may incur additional shipping costs due to size and weight. 


 We insure all shipments against loss or damage. On shipments insured for over $300.00, we require a direct signature on delivery. Please make sure someone will be available at shipping address to sign for package.
